1. Vehicle Operation

1.1 All vehicles must be driven solely by the owners, namely Caren Cardona or Alexander Keep, unless alternative arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon in writing, prior to booking.

1.2 No person other than those specified in clause 1.1 (or as agreed under alternative arrangements) may operate any hired vehicle under any circumstances.

2. Hire Period and Charges

2.1 All vehicles are hired on a day rate basis, calculated for a hire period not exceeding twelve (12) hours and with a minimum hire of six (6) hours.

2.2 Any extension beyond the twelve (12) hour period will incur additional charges at the rate of £200 per hour for each vehicle hired.

2.3 Hourly charges under clause 2.2 will be calculated for each commenced hour or part thereof.

3. Vehicle Conditions and Modifications

3.1 No alterations, additions, modifications or attachments of any kind may be made to any hired vehicle.

3.2 Any damage to leather, upholstery, interior materials or the exterior of the vehicle will be charged at the full cost of repair relevant to each specific vehicle.

3.3 All repairs under clause 3.2 will be carried out using materials appropriate to the age and authenticity of each vehicle in order to maintain its original character and value.

3.4 The hirer will be liable for all repair costs as determined by specialist assessment.

3.5 The vehicle is to be returned in the same condition as that in which it was hired. Any damage, howsoever caused, is to be paid by the lessee and work carried out at a specialist garage as specified by the lessors.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Any cancellation made within twenty-four (24) hours of the agreed hire commencement time will incur a cancellation charge of fifty percent (50%) of the total hire charge agreed at booking.

4.2 Cancellation charges are payable immediately upon cancellation notification.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 All quoted rates are inclusive of:

• Road tolls

• Petrol/fuel costs

• Congestion charges

• All other operational costs

5.2 The quoted rate represents the total amount payable with no additional charges unless specified in these terms.

5.3 Payment is due in full at the time of booking confirmation.

6. Rate Variations

6.1 Hire rates may be increased at the sole discretion of the owners (Caren Cardona and Alexander Keep).

6.2 No rate increases will apply once a hire agreement has been signed with any individual or company.

6.3 All rate changes will apply only to future bookings made after the date of rate adjustment.

7. General Conditions

7.1 These terms and conditions form the entire agreement between the parties.

7.2 By proceeding with booking, the hirer agrees to be bound by all terms contained herein.

7.3 Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by English law.

8. Insurance   Responsibilities

All insurance costs incurred during the rental period shall be the sole responsibility of the hirer, whether an individual or corporate entity. This encompasses, but is not limited to, comprehensive coverage, third-party liability insurance, and any supplementary protection policies deemed appropriate for the intended application.

Given that this service and cars are being provided to the film and television industry, production-specific risks must be addressed and covered accordingly. Where vehicles or equipment are utilised for filming, specialised cinematography, or other non-standard applications, the hirer must ensure coverage extends to unique operational risks including but not limited to:

• Specialised equipment damage or loss

• Location-specific environmental hazards

• Modified usage scenarios beyond standard commercial applications

• Production-related third-party claims

• Any risks arising from non-conventional operating conditions that may fall outside the scope of standard insurance policies

The hirer shall provide evidence of adequate insurance coverage prior to commencement of the rental period and maintain such coverage throughout the duration of the agreement.
